We are proud to announce Miles Moore as the latest addition to our men’s first team roster. Welcome to the Rockets, Miles!
The 6’5 shooting guard came through the ranks at Coventry Tornadoes before completing a year at Charnwood Academy, linked to the Leicester Riders programme.
Still only 16, Miles joined the club during lockdown and will this year complete his education at Rockets Academy based at Broadway. The talented youngster will see plenty of basketball this season between his daily academy work and his duties with Rockets senior team and Under 18 Premier League duties.
Rockets Managing Director Rob Palmer said: “We have been aware of Miles and his abilities since he attended our summer camp three years ago.
“His journey since then has seen him gain some valuable experiences and we are looking forward to enhancing his development with our senior team and on a day-to-day basis at Broadway Academy with Coach Douglas.
“Miles has an exciting future ahead of him and at sixteen years of age this experience will provide him with an appropriate platform for his continuing development.”
