With announcements for our Rockets men’s team well underway, we are excited to announce that news regarding our women’s first team roster is set to start this coming week.
The Rockets are committed to enhancing the reputation of the women’s game and as such we are excited to see the impact our committed first-team players and coaching staff can have in this regard over the course of the upcoming season.
Coach Peter is an extremely well-respected Coach who we are delighted to have leading our women’s team this season, and he spoke about his excitement ahead of the new campaign.
He said: “It is with great optimism that I look forward to the City of Birmingham Rockets Women’s team making its mark in our first season of National League competition.
“The Club are making a concerted effort to further establish the female game in the city and with an influx of new players the team is optimistic of success.
“Competition in Division 2 North will be keen and the players are now working hard to hone their skills ready for the October start.”
