Our community team were at The New Irish Centre in Birmingham yesterday providing open basketball activity to people of all ages as part of the National Express West Midlands Family Fun Day.
The court was busy throughout the day with beginners through to more experienced players afforded the opportunity to play basketball free of charge.
Our pop-up court was supervised by a selection of our community coaches who were all on hand to teach the fundamentals of the game and provide details of basketball opportunities in the city to those interested.
We would like to thank National Express West Midlands and their Community Manager, Luke Freer, for the opportunity to be part of such a fantastic event!
