For many years here at City of Birmingham Rockets, we have provided basketball opportunities to all ages. We have seen thousands of boys and girls attend our programmes and are proud to have supported some wonderful young people since 2003.
After growing our foundations, we are committed to furthering our female programme and delivering our biggest and best ever provision to both girls and women.
We plan to enter girl’s junior teams into competitions at the following levels: Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 with an open age women’s team forming the pinnacle of the programme.
To kickstart our commitment to the female game we are really pleased to announce will be holding a Female Open Day on Saturday 29th May.
This will provide existing club members and new participants the chance to come and enjoy a fun afternoon of female basketball!

Session times are as follows:
12:10-1:40pm: Under 12 & 14 Girls
1:45-3:15pm: Under 16 & 18 Girls
3:20-4:50pm: Open Age Women
The cost for attendance will be just £1 so if you have played before or want to give our great sport a try sign up and come along!
