Based close to Solihull Town Centre, our academy partnership with The 6th Form College has built organically and steadily over the past 4 years.
The club and college have developed a strong relationship to provide outstanding academic and basketball opportunities to students through our academy.
The club delivers 12 hours of dedicated basketball per week and will compete in the ABL Competition. Coach Peter Mintoft, with a proven track record of assisting players to reach both National teams and the Professional level, heads up the Academy Programme ensuring an elite level of delivery.
The club works closely with the college to develop great students and support academy members to realise their full potential on and off the court.
The college offers a wide range of educational courses at A-Level and BTEC providing choice and flexibility for student athletes during their studies.
The club utilises our national and international partnerships to support students in finding the most suitable situation once graduating from the academy to pursue their academics and basketball careers.
